Our services range from hardware upgrades to general system trouble-shooting and from designing and implementing a Business Continuity Plan to remotely managing your network. Our goal is to take care of your computer problems and needs so that you can increase productivity. (Please note: we do not service Macintosh computers.) Professional designations held by various members of our staff include: A+, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) +Internet and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).

Our Remote Maintenance and Trouble-Shooting services allow us to control your computer remotely using the internet to fix many problems without an onsite visit.
